Sin Leads to Self-Destruction, but God has a Better Way

Life invariably disappoints us. In our disappointment, we seek solace in idols that we fashion in our hearts. We turn to other things to satisfy a need that only God can fully satisfy. This leads us on a path of destruction. We require a mediator to stand in the gap for us. And we turn to Him, turning away from idols.
