How do we change? We often think it’s a combination of beliefs and willpower. But this often leaves us short-changed on the transformation we (and God) desire for our lives. We are more transformed by what we love than what we believe. The Hebrew word “hesed” used over 200 times in the Old Testament describes God’s attaching love towards us. It’s the contact cement that enables us to live the ‘with God’ life (and not just think about God).
